HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESORCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT) in the Civilian Human Resources Office of COMNAVREG SE JAX. Major duties: You will conduct job analysis (e.g., review position description, classification standards, performance standards) for a variety of occupational series and grades. You will advise customers on staffing and recruitment processing procedures. You will build position descriptions in a human resources information system (e.g., the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System [DCPDS]). You will extend tentative or final job offers to selectees. You will be making eligibility and qualifications determinations. You will set pay for General Schedule and Federal Wage System positions. You will prepare and issue USA Staffing certificates.
