You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Human Resources Development) in the Code GT12200, TALENT MANAGEMENT BRANCH of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.. Major duties: You will design, develop, plan and oversee Command level employee training and career development programs. You will manage day-to-day operations and administer leadership development programs. You will manage scheduling, coordinate trainers, and make recommendations to management regarding Navy ERP Sustainment training for the workforce. You will plan, coordinate, and conduct recurring and non-recurring recreational activities and special events to make maximum use of facilities, services, and resources. You will plan programs/educational seminars (Lunch and Learns) regarding the health and physical well-being of NAWCTSD employees.
