SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (PROGRAM MANAGER)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (PROGRAM MANAGER) in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP, WEAPONS INTEGRATION LOGISTICS DEPT, TOTAL ASSET VIS DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Major duties: You will be responsible for performing Supervisory duties, including: establishing performance plans, conducting regular performance reviews, reviewing and approving timecards, training requests, travel orders, claims, requisitions, etc. You will identify requirements, establishes and implements required policies and procedures, manages provisioning support for developmental and operational weapon systems/equipment. You will apply asset visibility and audit techniques in accordance with Department of War standards as appropriate to the program or as directed by the program manager. You will review and provide inputs to contracts, specifications, procedures, waivers, and other documentation.
