Program Analyst

About the Position: This position is located at U.S. Special Operation Command (Army) JFK Fort Bragg, NC. Major duties: Manage and direct assigned projects by developing project plans. Serve as Holistic Team Leader, integrating Human Performance and Wellness (HPW) domains into training to support SWCS Force Generation and the training mission. Apply analytical and evaluative methods to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by special operations personnel. Develop and refine quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure program effectiveness and efficiency, and provide subject matter expertise in CPI and Quality Assurance Management. Coordinate and track funding and budget activities, and participate in strategic and business planning, human capital planning, and hiring efforts associated with assigned programs.
