DevOps Operational Associate II

*Responsibilities but not limited to:* * *Maintenance:* Provides Tier 1 support and assists with Tier 2 issues; logs, triages, and tracks incidents and service requests. * *Maintenance:* Monitors dashboards, alerts, and logs following runbooks and participates in on-call as secondary (shadow) support. * *Development:* Executes functional and regression tests using defined test cases and reproduces reported issues. * *Data Engineering:* Monitors batch jobs and interfaces and runs basic SQL queries to validate data. * *CI/CD:* Supports release validation and performs post-deployment checks. * *Collaboration:* Coordinates with store operations, including accompanying on-site visits, and escalates unresolved issues to Tier 2 or senior engineers. *Qualifications / Skills:* * B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline * 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, system support, QA, or application support * System operations and application support fundamentals * System monitoring tools, logs, and alerts * Functional and regression testing * Basic SQL and a programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python) * Incident tracking and triage processes * Familiarity with ERP and retail store systems (POS) * Bilingual in Korean and English preferred * ITIL Foundation is a plus *Benefits:* * Health, Dental & Vision insurance / EAP (Employee Assistance Program) per company policy * 401 (k) Retirement Plan with up to 5% match per company policy * Life Insurance and AD&D (Accidental death & Dismemberment) per company policy * BTA Insurance (Business Travel Accident Coverage) * Company provided lunch * Paid-time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays per company policy * Celebration & Condolence Benefits per company policy * Smart Card: Earn additional 4 points to the standard $1 = 1 point * Holiday Gift certificates per company policy * FSA (Flexible Spending Account) per company policy * DCFSA (Dependent Child Care Spending Account) per company policy *Work Hours* : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri *Salary Range:* $87,300 - $118,950 *Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
