HR Specialist (Recruitment & Outreach)

As a HR Specialist (Recruitment & Outreach), GS-0201-12, you will serve as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Recruitment & Placement/Outreach), providing a variety of HR services, including management advisory functions in the areas of compensation, recruitment, and placement. Major duties: Analyzing position requirements and workforce data to develop targeted recruitment strategies for reaching hard-to-reach and underrepresented talent pools. Conducting outreach with hiring managers, colleges, professional organizations, community groups, and veterans’ organizations to build lasting talent pipelines. Using digital recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and Handshake, to source candidates and maintain pipeline relationships.
