Management and Program Analyst

About the Position: This position can be located in Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX. Relocation Incentive may be offered Major duties: Serve as a senior analyst providing analysis and assessment of enterprise-wide Defense Health Agency initiatives for the Privacy Office, projects, or programs with strategic, enterprise, or tactical impacts relative to the agency strategy. Conduct evaluation and execution of Military Health System (MHS) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act compliance programs. Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and enterprise level management objectives for successful agency wide implementation. Plan and execute a comprehensive program that includes development, evaluation and execution of policies, guidance and procedures while continuously assessing program effectiveness through data collection and oversight audits. Oversee a wide range of privacy compliance and breach response activities. Identify operational and resource management requirements, assess impact on assignments, and develop recommendations for changes and revisions. Responsible for implementing quantitative and qualitative methods within the scope of the respective program and reporting of results.
