MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (BUSINESS PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS ANALYST)

DCSA's Security Training (ST) Central Services component is seeking a Management & Program Analyst to provide program & business management support to 3 schoolhouses. In this role you will provide leadership for cross-functional initiatives; analyze data, workflows, and stakeholder input; and recommend changes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ST operations. You are a trusted advisor to ST leadership and oversee contractor personnel providing Training Program & Management Support. Major duties: As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (BUSINESS PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS ANALYST) you will be responsible for the following duties: Supporting ST strategic planning initiatives by organizing, prioritizing, tracking, and overseeing implementation of requirements. Advising ST senior leadership on portfolio status, health, milestones, risks, issues, and recommended mitigation strategies. Leading the design, implementation, and sustainment of governance frameworks across ST. Managing and overseeing work performed under ST's Training Program and Business Management Support contract. Leading engagement with external stakeholders through conferences, offsites, working groups, and other collaborative events. Applying change-management best practices to implement, communicate, measure, and sustain organizational improvements.
