MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO. Major duties: You will serves as a central liaison between the site, Regional Inventory Accuracy Officer (RIAO), NAVSUP HQ, audit coaches, Products and Services (PandS) and other Over-the-Horizon (OTH) sites for audit-related matters. You will oversees execution of NAVSUP Enterprise audit-related programs such as Manager's Review and Control (MRC), Measures of Performance (MOP), and the Qualification Card Program. You will lead or participate as subject matter expertise in various business process improvement initiatives and delivers products in accordance with CPI/L6S standards. You will Uses a wide variety of statistical analysis, data collection and integration, and operational software products to develop metrics.
