IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC)

You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist in the Naval Sea Logistics Center Information Technology Department of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA. Major duties: You will provide a wide range of IT Specialist System Administration and Information Security technical support to the supplier quality and performance programs. You will be engaged in planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. You will be engaged in evaluating and/or recommending the acquisition, implementation, and dissemination of IT security tools, procedures, and practices to protect information assets. You will develop IT awareness training, plan and conduct accreditation reviews, or provide input to IT contingency or disaster recovery plans. You will engage in work that involves the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information system security programs.
