HR SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)

You will serve as a HR SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Major duties: You will assess and advise management on the impact of proposed reorganizations and recommend alternative position management structures. You will provide technical input as appropriate in resolving potential conflicts with classification principles and practices. You will conduct on-site or telephone audits and prepare written evaluation statements as required. You will resolve difficult issues and problems requiring consideration of the total human resource management program. You will provide technical advice to managers and supervisors to facilitate full and responsible management advisory services.
