IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK/ENTARCH)

You will serve as a IT Specialist (NETWORK/ENTARCH) of NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY. ???????This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Major duties: You will serve as the technical lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Network Engineering and Unified Communications projects and initiatives for the organization. You will design network and communications services, recommend devices and services, and evaluate vendor recommendations to ensure they will integrate and operate properly in the Enterprise Network. You will develop and maintain reference models and diagrams of the enterprise physical and virtual network infrastructure; and maintains the information in the IT repository. You will Initiate IT projects to include developing a project charter and stakeholder identification.
