Major duties: As an HR SPECIALIST EXECUTIVE RESOURCES, some of your typical work assignments may include: Technical adviser to senior management on classification, staffing, recruitment, position management, benefits, pay administration, executive-level performance management, and other related services for positions in the Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Professional (SP), Administrative Law Judges, Schedule Cs, Consultant and Experts, and all employees in the Chairman's and Commissioners' Offices (excepted and competitive). Serves as technical adviser to Executive Review and Performance Review Boards on personnel and performance matters. Responsible for obtaining certification of SES and SP performance management systems from the Office of Personnel Management, including advising senior management on executive-level performance measures. Performs a variety of coordinating and cross-cutting duties requiring technical proficiency among multiple human resources areas.
