PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Ranges/TRGTS OPS/INSTRMTN & Labs Group of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. Major duties: You will perform administrative functions, human resources, budget, accounting, financial management policy and procedures within the organization. You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization. You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization. You will perform other functions such as management analysis, procurement, contract administration, property management, space management, security administration, reports management, data processing, and similar or closely related responsibilities. You will provide analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution, and develop format and content to provide manager with various listing, reports, and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations.
