PROGRAM ANALYST

About the Position: The incumbent serves under the Office of the Deputy Director as a proponent of the Department of War (DoW) Official Mail Program located in Arlington, VA. Major duties: Direct the formulation of official mail policies to govern global secure logistics across the enterprise. Serve as the principal technical authority to modernize the organization's official mail program. Represent the department in high-level negotiations to establish agreements with external corporate partners. Govern official mail operations to ensure consistent compliance across Lead strategic audits of global facilities to evaluate program efficiency and security. Manage the global training enterprise to support strategic resourcing and professional development.
