PROGRAM ANALYST (HOUSING)

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (HOUSING) in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy-Installation and Facilities (DASN, I&F) of ASN EI-E WASHINGTON DC. Major duties: You will monitor, analyze, and evaluate DON quality of life and unaccompanied housing programs to ensure Title 10 USC compliance for active and reserve components You will serve as the DON subject matter expert on quality of life, unaccompanied housing, and the DON WiFi and other initiatives for subordinate commands and outside agencies You will develop, oversee, and execute the DON's quality of life mission, securing OSD, OMB, and Congressional approvals using best business practices. You will ensure all program and policy executions comply with applicable laws, policies, and regulations You will exercise high originality and sound judgment to analyze unique problems and develop innovative solutions for DON planning and utilization.
