Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines. This role will support internal teams and customers by providing technical product expertise, driving product initiatives, and helping ensure product success across a national and global market. This is not a sales role, but a highly visible position that serves as the go-to technical resource for product-related questions and support. *Key Responsibilities* * Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned product lines. * Provide technical support and product guidance to internal teams and customers. * Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements and new product initiatives. * Partner with cross-functional teams to support product strategy and business objectives. * Develop product documentation, training materials, and technical resources. * Conduct market and product analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. * Support product launches, customer training, and ongoing product education.
