About the company Our client is a life sciences company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Leads the user experience and growth roadmap for the software side of a web application, outside the scientific work itself. Turns customer input into priorities, improves core user workflows, and manages areas covering account setup, payments and order fulfilment. Builds prototypes to test ideas with customers before they are built in production. What you'll do - Turn customer feedback into a clear product roadmap. - Improve key user workflows across the web application. - Own product areas covering onboarding, payments and fulfilment operations. - Build software feature prototypes to test with customers. - Ensure a smooth, reliable experience for technical users. *Requirements* What we're looking for - Track record running intricate products for sophisticated users, such as software tooling, financial technology or supply chain platforms. - Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth startups. - Ability to build feature prototypes for customer testing using AI tools and rapid prototyping methods. - A technical background or the ability to ship code. *Benefits* Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 175,000 to 235,000 per year - Equity - Health, dental and vision coverage - Flexible time off - Paid holidays - Retirement plan - Life insurance - Mental health coverage Location and work model - San Francisco, California, United States - Hybrid, 3 days in office per week - Full-time
