SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the ORDNANCE TEST & EVALUATION DIVISION, WEAPONS & ENERGETICS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Major duties: You will serve as Division Head, providing technical oversight and management direction for propulsion, non-destructive test and evaluation in the areas of radiography, environmental conditioning, and shock and vibration. You will be held accountable for overall management of the Division, developing long-range Test and Evaluation goals, plans and objectives for the Division, and for the success of ordnance Test and Evaluation activities. You will exercise supervisory responsibilities for approximately 100 Division staff in Test and Evaluation (propulsion, radiographic, shock and vibration, climatic, detonation physics, warhead testing, and related engineering activities). You will ensure documentation for test activities is thorough and accurate, including standard operating procedures, test plans, test procedures, quality assurance metrics, cost estimates, etc. You will make recommendations for field testing, using sub- or full-scale weapons to meet the requirements of program.
