Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

About the Position: The CHRA G-6 Functional Automation division provides customer focused helpdesk and account services related to Army and CHRA systems such as: DCPDS, AutoNOA, EMPReS, eOPF, E-Verify, etc. The Functional Automation team helps triage, research, test, provide answers and guidance, on complex automation problems within HR tools and systems. This announcement will be used to fill one position at various locations. Major duties: Direct, monitor and control the operation and maintenance of a major portion of the Department of War automated civilian personnel system. Supervise a team of individuals performing complex support services work related to civilian personnel programs and related systems. Apply functional knowledge of civilian personnel operations, regulations, policies and procedures, and automated personnel systems to lead a team of individuals. Manage access, troubleshoot common issues, research systemic problems/errors and provide resolutions to automated personnel systems. Provide advice and guidance to staff members, supervisors and serviced customers in the operation, continual maintenance, and use of utilized automated systems.
