Major duties: As a Strategic Workforce Planning Division Deputy Director, you will: Lead enterprise workforce planning efforts, including strategic workforce analysis, forecasting, and gap identification. Design and implement succession planning frameworks for mission-critical occupations and leadership pipelines. Integrate workforce planning with budgeting, organizational design, and mission priorities. Coordinate across HR functions and organizational components to ensure alignment and consistency. Lead cross-functional and matrixed teams and coordinate across HR functions and organizational components to ensure effective execution, alignment, and consistency of enterprise human capital programs.
