SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the My Navy Career Center (MNCC) of TSC NORFOLK. Major duties: You will provide technical advice and guidance on personnel and pay systems to subordinates and serviced commands. You will prepare and conduct briefings and presentations to leadership on personnel and pay systems. You will manage personnel staffing functions and work flow processes for organizational effectiveness. You will evaluate and monitor internal controls and provide program risk assessments to leadership. You will institutionalize organizational changes to improve pay, personnel and transportation functions. You will review statistical data, monitor and analyze report identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will establish center objectives, goals, and priorities for organizational success.
