Program Analyst

See below for important information regarding this job. Major duties: Perform subjective data analytics and assist in the development and enhancement of data information systems. Assist in creating statistical data by extracting and manipulating data from various files to support datadriven decisions and measure mission effectiveness Collaborate with personnel on initiatives and help Senior Program Analysts define project scopes and objectives by developing project plans Execute duties and support work to meet prescribed deadlines, coordinating with internal and external organizations as required Support team members by preparing progress reports, providing input to senior analysts, and recommending alternative methods to accomplish objectives Contribute to team planning for data requirements, help develop guidance materials, and research manpower and resource needs. Communicate with officials about project feasibility, explain recommendations, resolve differences, and gain acceptance for solutions and policies
