Human Resources Assistant (Military)

About the Position: Serve as an Human Resources Assistant (Military) for the Directorate of Human Resources, Military Personnel Division at Fort Leonard Wood. Major duties: Works in the Military Personnel Division, Directorate of Human Resources as a Human Resources Assistant. Responsible for the maintenance of military personnel records. Ensures that the force maintains deployment readiness by working with installation leadership to ensure that Solider information is accurate and up to date. Reviews incoming regulations and directives relating to administration and military programs, functions, and procedures, determines impact on current operations, and keeps the Director informed on pertinent changes.
