Potter Global Technologies is looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth, profitability, and lifecycle performance of our established Fire Suppression products. This is a highly visible opportunity to own product strategy, pricing, and portfolio performance while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience to improve customer value and business results. -------------- What You’ll Do -------------- * *Own product strategy, portfolio performance, and lifecycle management for assigned core Fire Suppression categories.* * *Drive revenue, market share, pricing, gross margin, forecasting, and product-line profitability.* * *Identify opportunities to strengthen existing products through enhancements, extensions, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions.* * *Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain on sustaining improvements, VA/VE, cost reduction, alternate materials, and supply continuity.* * *Translate customer feedback, technical support trends, quality data, and competitive insights into product priorities.* * *Develop business cases and recommendations for product investments, pricing actions, and portfolio changes.* * *Lead commercialization and go-to-market support for product enhancements and newly launched products transitioning into the core portfolio.* * *Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience on positioning, training, customer engagement, and channel initiatives.* * *Monitor portfolio KPIs and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.* * *Perform other duties as assigned.*
