About the Position: Serves as a Computer Engineer for Human Resources Command (HRC), US ARMY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND PERSONNEL INFO SYS DIR NETWORK MGT - TM 1 J5C1 FORT KNOX KY Major duties: Responsible for formulating complex future state Information Technology Architectures enabling global Army Human Resources services. Plans, design and implements the overall integration of complex data exchanges between DoD, DA and Private sector systems. Applies validation and verification techniques to such areas as software development cycle-time and Software Quality Assurance. Prepares and delivers technical presentations of such efforts to sponsors and/or external agencies.
