Team Lead, Security Operations Center (SOC)

*Qualifications:* * Proven leadership experience within an enterprise-scale SOC or equivalent large-scale cybersecurity program. * Deep technical expertise in threat detection engineering, threat hunting, investigations and forensics, and incident response. * Proficiency with security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, TIP, AI/ML platforms) and cloud-native security tools. * Demonstrated success in automation, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics for SOC efficiency and scalability. * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and plan for future challenges. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration. * Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in information security, including understanding security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, and ISO 27001. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $121,600 to $182,400 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
