IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT)

You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT) of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER. Major duties: You will coordinate and review proposed plans to ensure consistency with each activities operational requirements. You will coordinate the identification of assets to be assumed by the contractor and review migration plans to ensure no interruption of services. You will review and validate the SLR and invoices, validate work completed using a validation checklist and forward all results to the COR. You will provide technical assistance to regional activities involved in their renegotiation of existing IT contracts and to the Contracting Offer's Representitve. You will assist the activities based on the Department of the Navy (DON) policies, NAVSUP policies, and the capabilities and cost of the service provider.
