IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will serve as a IT Specialist (PLCYPLN) in the Budget/Contracts Support Branch (Code 109.31), Information Technology Business Division (1093), Information Technology & Cyber Security (ITACS) Office 109 at NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Major duties: You will serve as the key technical advisor for IT acquisition and financial manager. You will advise managers on decisions relating to the resolution of unforeseen problems, modifications, or shifting of financial resources. You will review, revise, approve and implement all IT procurement policy and procedure commandwide. You will prepare a variety of financial reports, including expenditure trend analysis, actual performance versus budgets, and manpower execution i.e., program, plan, budget and execute command IT budget and resources.
