Remote – Texas We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in ETL/data pipelines, data warehousing, cloud technologies, and large-scale data processing. Experience with Retail Marketing, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and data privacy regulations is preferred. What You Will Do • Design, develop, maintain, and support large scale data warehouse, ETL processes, and data pipelines. • Ensure database performance, availability, security, and reliability. • Work with data warehouse platforms such as Amazon Redshift. • Analyze and troubleshoot batch failures, database connectivity, access, and performance issues. • Perform SQL/query optimization and database performance tuning. • Understand customer technical requirements and contribute to database architecture, security, compliance, engineering, and operations. • Support database project activities, including database object creation and deployment across development and production environments. • Identify process improvements and maintain technical documentation. • Act as SPOC for assigned projects and coordinate with customers and internal support teams from India Required Skillsets • 1-3 years of experience as a Data Engineer • Strong SQL knowledge • Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and data warehousing. • Knowledge of any ETL tool • Performance tuning and query optimization • Linux Server and Shell scripting experience • Experience with AWS and/or Azure • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is preferred • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements • Retail Marketing domain experience is a plus • PostgreSQL | Redshift | AWS | PowerShell | Shell Script | Jira Job Segment • Data Engineer, PostgreSQL, Database, SQL, DBA, Data Warehousing, Cloud, Linux, AWS, Azure, Technology Compensation • Working Hour: Average 20 hours per week with flexible working hours, while ensuring total weekly hours are met. 24/7 standby (must be available to work during nights, weekends, and/or holidays) • Hourly Rate: $50 USD / hour • Total Base Salary: $52,000 base Note on Pay Transparency ADA provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by regulations.
