HR ASSISTANT (MILITARY)

You will serve as a HR ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the Naval Education and Training Command of NROTC MASSACHUSETTS MARITIME ACADEMY. Major duties: You will provide training to senior officers and staff members on multiple program requirements and processes. You will plan, develop and implement procedures for administrative data collection and advises Unit staff on correct procedures. You will develop and administer training for midshipmen to explain requirements and policies tied to their scholarships, educational requirements, commissioning/service requirements and pay/entitlements You will develops unit documents/brochures/policy manuals related to recruitment, scholarship applications and submission coordination. You will maintain unit and leadership calendars, tracking activities, appointments, meetings, report and due dates.
