IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS)

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Division of Marketplace IT Operations, Marketplace Information Technology Group (MITG). As a IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS), GS-2210-13, you will Coordinate implementation and analysis for IT projects, work with IT Staff and contractors, and provide overall technical expertise and guidance. Major duties: Assess IT needs and operations as they relate to the program IT requirements, formulating recommendations, and implementing selected investments. Provide technical consultation and assistance to CMS components and other government and non-government entities on matters within the scope of areas related to IT Serve as a Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and provide guidance and support for the entire contract and acquisition management lifecycle activities.
