Human Resources Specialist (HR Development)

The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as functional expert and instructor on personnel processes and Human Resources (HR) systems. Major duties: Plans, develops, executes and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs for a broad range of HR functions. Advises management on training strategies for implementing new/enhanced personnel systems and applications within AFPC and the AF. Develops student guides and references. Determines the best method to present material and ensures material is directed to the appropriate level and audience. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments related to various HR functions and systems.
