This position is located within the Travel and Relocation Branch (TRB), Finance Division (FIN) under the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Directorate, and located in Glynco, Georgia. This position serves as a Student Trainee (Accounting Technician) responsible for performing duties associated with accounts payable, accounts receivable (reimbursables) and travel functions. Typical duties include: Processing travel documents and transactions using the eTravel management system Analyzing and auditing travel authorizations and vouchers Providing travel advice and support to travel customers Assisting in monthly analysis and reconciliation of open subsidiary ledgers
