SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER (Utilities Management Product Line Director) in the Public Works Directorate of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Major duties: You will establish financial performance objectives for the organization in accordance with strategic business plans. You will negotiate or consult with others on technical solutions to engineering problems. You will write briefings to deliver program information to stakeholders. You brief senior leadership on plans to support business and technical proposals. You will balance workload by shifting work assignments or resources to achieve the most effective work operations. You will resolve problems on complex systems requiring detailed coordination, communication and understanding for various organizations.
