SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Contract Specialist in the Project Support Branch, Contracting Division, Contracting and Logistics Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Major duties: You will develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and contracting objectives. You will research, interpret, analyze and apply acquisition regulations. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules. You will develop, modify, and/or interpret performance standards. You will establish metrics and analysis systems to ensure actions are timely and reviewed at critical points.
