HR SPEC (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Fleet Human Resources Office FLEET HRO STENNIS, Stennis Space Center, MS Major duties: You will perform end-to-end recruitment and placement support for complex, dynamic organizations, managing the full hiring life-cycle from announcement to onboarding. You will advise managers on targeted recruitment strategies and the use of hiring flexibilities to meet organizational personnel goals. You will serve as a senior specialist and consultant to management, providing expert advice and assistance to resolve difficult or controversial staffing situations. You will communicate and defend complex recruitment regulations, policies, and technical decisions to senior leadership and hiring managers, both orally and in writing. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, audit-proof documentation and case files for all staffing and recruitment actions.
