Major duties: Serves as the main advisor to the Site Director on financial systems, business improvements, and daily site operations. Directs all business management, administrative support services, and operational execution across the site. Directs the integration and operational execution of financial, accounting, and business support programs supporting all military service branches across the entire United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Directs and oversees the formulation, defense, and execution of multi-year operational budgets, aligning site financial resources with regional defense requirements. Directs operations within a self-contained installation footprint, managing site functions such as contracts, procurement, maintenance, devolution, contingency, and security in coordination with Yokota Air Base , 5th Air Force, and U.S. Forces Japan. Directs human resources liaison and workforce management operations consisting of U.S. Civilian Employees (USCE) and Host Nation (Japanese) personnel, requiring the concurrent administration of dual human resources systems.
